Fit to drink! is an exciting new resource for primary schools that looks as why we need water to stay fit and healthy. Developed for Thames Water, it features an exclusive film with Olympic gold medallist rower Andy Triggs-Hodge MBE, who talks about the importance of drinking water for his fitness.

Fit to drink! uses a range of stimulus to help children understand the process of water treatment (from rivers, to reservoirs and then to taps), why water is vital to the body and health, and how we need more water when we are active.
Content is mapped to the national curriculum for KS2 for science and PE and provides teachers with a range of engaging tools for use in the classroom, including: video, interactive game, PowerPoint presentation, activity sheets and word glossary.
